Our order pickers are a very spritely lot - you may have seen them rushing round the warehouse, pick-sheets in hand. Have you ever wondered how far they walk in a day?

On Monday 11 June our order picker will use a pedometer and we invite you to guess how far they walk between 9am and 5pm on that day. The person with the nearest guess will win one of our new Fairtrade Gift Bags (worth £23).

To enter this competition, just comment on our Facebook page or send an email to pam@highlandwholefoods with 'order pickers daily trek' in the subject line and state how far you think they will walk (to the nearest tenth of a mile). Entries must be submitted by 5pm on 11 June. If more than one person has the correct answer, we will draw the winner from a hat. We will notify the winner by email. The winner to collect their Fairtrade Gift Bag from Highland Wholefoods in Inverness.
